Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate future opportunities into executable roadmaps
- Design and prototype disruptive solutions integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of emerging technologies in client ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact >$100M ARR
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical discipline
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio demonstrating complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking 2.0)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and transformational change
