Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and decoherence mechanisms
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
