Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent disclosures for breakthrough discoveries
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation sprints
- Represent quantum computing initiatives at industry conferences and academic symposia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature Quantum, PRX Quantum)
- Demonstrated expertise in error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
