Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction techniques to enhance qubit stability and computational fidelity
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through compelling proposals and technical roadmaps
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum annealing, or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published record in Nature/Science or IEEE journals on quantum computing topics
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and quantum hardware integration
- Strong track record of translating theoretical models into experimental prototypes
