Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications

- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into commercial prototypes
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences like IEEE Quantum Week
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of leading high-impact research teams
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap)
