- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on emerging tech investments
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing architectures and ethical tech implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership within high-growth tech sectors
- Proven track record of launching or scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
