Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for 2026 deployment
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Develop error-correction protocols for large-scale quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Patent novel quantum computing methodologies and IP strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
