- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and reinforcement learning, to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical projects from concept to production.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Experience with quantum computing concepts or edge AI architectures is highly desirable.
