Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid solutions
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world business applications
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical interfaces
- Patent portfolio in quantum technologies preferred
