Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and emerging markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing proof-of-concept projects for future-facing technologies
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of industry disruptors, researchers, and thought leaders
- Translate complex future insights into actionable product development and market entry strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with global scale impact
