Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously intractable problems
- Lead quantum system integration with cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Collaborate with research institutions to publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced error correction techniques
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# with 50+ quantum algorithm implementations
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control hardware
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in quantum research funding
- Clearance for handling classified quantum security projects
