Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
- Resolve complex network issues including VPN connectivity and security protocols
- Document all support tickets and maintenance activities in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams for Azure/O365 integration
- Conduct system audits and implement cybersecurity best practices
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficient in Active Directory, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls
- Azure or AWS cloud certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
