Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Deploy and configure workstations across multiple government agencies
- Document technical issues and maintain detailed service logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Conduct system audits and implement security best practices
- Train end-users on new technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in government or regulated environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016/2019)
- Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) preferred
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance within 30 days
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
