Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Create implementation roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing environments
- Present strategic quantum computing frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Develop patentable quantum computing methodologies and intellectual property
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
