Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum algorithms with exponential speedup
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for real-world commercial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor co-design and validation
- Establish industry standards for quantum security frameworks and protocols
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects to completion
