Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports distributed to Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in AI, climate tech, or biotech foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published work in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
