Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead development of quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Design fault-tolerant qubit networks with >99.99% fidelity
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum supremacy challenges
- Implement quantum-safe encryption protocols for critical infrastructure
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum circuit design or quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Proficiency with cryogenic quantum systems (D-Wave, IBM Q)
- Security clearance for government quantum projects preferred
- Track record of leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
