Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Lead research in quantum error correction and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Develop quantum algorithms for cryptography and machine learning applications
- Present findings at premier conferences and publish in Nature/Science
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum computing adoption roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Python and low-level quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
