Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Craft a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, identifying key emerging trends and potential disruptions in the tech landscape.
- Strategic Planning: Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies and long-term product roadmaps.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives focused on cutting-edge technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by attracting top-tier technical talent and promoting continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior engineering role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term strategic visions and successfully executing complex technology roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, ML, Cloud, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Leadership: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
