Responsibilities

- Conduct R&D on emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and advanced neural architectures.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for AI engineering and code quality.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
