Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models leveraging IBM Quantum and Rigetti systems
- Develop novel hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for real-time pattern recognition
- Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize quantum AI solutions in finance and healthcare
- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature Quantum and IEEE Quantum Journals
- Optimize quantum algorithms for error correction and scalability in production environments
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Innovation Fellowship program
- Collaborate with NASA on quantum cryptography projects for deep space communication
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
