Responsibilities
- Project Management: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear and timely information flow.
- Data Administration: Maintain accurate project records, databases, and filing systems using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare agendas for internal and client meetings, including taking detailed minutes.
- Report Generation: Compile weekly status reports and progress updates for project stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Support the logistics of team assignments and resource distribution.
- Documentation: Create and update project documentation, including contracts and scope of work.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
