Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Lead the Visionary Planning process, translating high-level concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the rollout of key initiatives scheduled for completion or impact in 2026.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize resources and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Establish robust metrics and KPIs to measure progress and ensure accountability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Business Development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational transformations or complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future scenarios.
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment or high-growth startup.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
