Responsibilities
- Develop and publish the authoritative Horizon 2026 Trend Report analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients to navigate 2026's market landscape
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping solutions for 2026's grand challenges
- Present foresight insights at global forums including Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Build and manage a network of 100+ futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Advise the CEO on long-term strategy for emerging markets and exponential technologies
- Curate the annual Future Forward conference attracting 5,000+ industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with demonstrable impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Published thought leadership in top-tier publications (Harvard Business Review, Wired, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Track record of predicting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy in trend forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
