Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement distributed AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Lead architectural reviews and drive technical decision-making across cross-functional teams.
- Optimize model training and inference pipelines to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and enforce best practices for security, privacy, and compliance in AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI capabilities into user-facing features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Proven experience designing scalable systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
