Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing exabytes of data for the 2026 transition.
- Lead the design of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge vision systems and natural language processing.
- Define best practices for AI safety, transparency, and interpretability.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced machine learning techniques.
- Predict and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging tech stacks.
- Oversee the deployment of autonomous agents in simulated and real-world environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of quantum algorithms.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
