Responsibilities
- Drive the core research agenda for our flagship AI projects, focusing on Large Language Models and Computer Vision.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier international conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI landscape to ensure our technology remains at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research or applied machine learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences or holding patents in relevant technologies.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of C++ for performance optimization.
- Strong experience in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
