Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the long-term architectural vision for the **2026** product suite, aligning it with corporate growth objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, providing mentorship and setting technical standards for scalability and security.
- Roadmap Management: Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
- System Design: Design complex, high-performance systems that can handle massive data throughput and real-time processing.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources.
- Innovation: Research emerging technologies and industry trends to integrate cutting-edge solutions into the **2026** architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or Principal-level role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and machine learning infrastructure.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about product lifecycles and long-term technical debt management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
