Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure development to support business goals through 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems, focusing on deep learning and neural network optimization.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior data scientists and machine learning engineers to deliver high-quality code.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and security teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into the broader technology stack.
- Ethical AI & Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias reduction protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, researching emerging technologies like Quantum AI and predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of designing complex systems that handle large-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
