Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the Research and Development team in integrating quantum computing paradigms with classical machine learning models.
- Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, implementing robust governance and bias mitigation strategies.
- Optimize existing neural networks and deep learning frameworks to improve latency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries such as Qiskit or Cirq is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a history of shipping production-ready software.
