Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to validate design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI components across products
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior data for optimization
- Stay current with design trends and accessibility standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating mobile/web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and creating user personas
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing design process from research to final implementation
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
