Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design specifications and create user journey maps
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based workflows
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and visual design skills
- Comfortable working in agile environments with remote collaboration tools
