Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document management tasks with 99% accuracy.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for department teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and email to internal and external clients.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Assist with event planning and logistics for corporate gatherings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or temporary staffing is a plus.
