Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and employee data into company databases.
- Review data for discrepancies and correct errors as necessary.
- Maintain organized and confidential filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist in generating weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies or missing information.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as scanning, faxing, and data verification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior professional experience is necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35 WPM).
