Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media (LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and workforce needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity in the Texas tech market.
- Onboarding Support: Assist candidates with the interview process and provide guidance on relocation or offer negotiations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources (entry-level with strong drive considered).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex technical requirements clearly.
- Organization: Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel and LinkedIn Recruiter.
