In this role, you will act as the face of our agency, engaging with job seekers and building relationships with hiring managers. You will be instrumental in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and managing the end-to-end placement process for various industries ranging from healthcare to technology.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and client hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the team to develop job descriptions and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote-friendly or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for local networking events.
