Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates efficiently.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reports.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess cultural fit, technical skills, and salary expectations.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand evolving hiring needs and market trends.
- Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new placements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, part-time schedule.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
