Responsibilities
- Conduct active sourcing and recruitment for open positions within the competitive New York market.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers seamlessly.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and database using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring partners throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Local knowledge of the New York job market and professional network is highly desirable.
