Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for part-time and contract positions across tech, engineering, and administrative sectors
- Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean searches and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer logistics with precision
- Maintain robust CRM databases and generate weekly recruitment analytics reports
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media recruitment and talent mapping
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven success in part-time/contract roles
- Expertise in Silicon Valley's tech talent landscape and industry-specific skill requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
