Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and resume reviews for potential candidates.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate data.
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Assist in job order intake and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
