Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of incoming resumes and applications to identify top-tier candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates.
- Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Research and identify potential job opportunities for our candidate pool.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
