Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for Denver-based tech startups
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews in the Denver metro area
- Manage applicant tracking systems with 24-hour turnaround on submissions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Facilitate interview logistics and candidate feedback processes

Qualifications
- 2+ years recruiting experience in tech or staffing industry
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dice

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
