Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (tech, finance, healthcare)
- Build and maintain client relationships with Fortune 500 companies and local startups
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track metrics and optimize pipelines
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement targets
- Represent agency at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or sales with proven success metrics
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Charlotte market knowledge and local professional network preferred
