Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels including job boards and networking.
- Manage and update candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and market needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide detailed feedback to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive candidates within the Chicago area.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks when necessary.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings or weekends as required by business needs.
