Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone and video interviews.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data entry.
- Sourcing and networking on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and contract placements.
- Update job boards and recruitment marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
