Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive resume screening and initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including coordinating interviews with hiring managers and scheduling placements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and positive first impression.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with both clients (employers) and candidates to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Research market trends in the Miami area to provide competitive salary benchmarks and talent insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials and job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related HR capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with the local Miami employment landscape and business community is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for client site visits.
