Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time and contract positions across industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client organizations
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing recommendations
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience or equivalent HR background
- Proven success in sourcing candidates for part-time and contract roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Strong analytical abilities to match talent with organizational needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Philadelphia's local job market and industry landscape
