- Conduct detailed interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking temporary staff
- Manage candidate pipelines using our advanced ATS platform
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track key recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies

Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for local client visits
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania labor regulations
