Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with Las Vegas employers
- Manage candidate databases and ATS systems efficiently

- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Attend industry events to expand professional network
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Nevada driver's license (client site visits required)
- Knowledge of Las Vegas job market and key industries
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
