Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage candidate pipeline and track progress in our ATS system
- Facilitate onboarding processes for successful placements
- Stay updated on industry trends and Jacksonville's job market
- Generate weekly reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license (if field visits required)
- Knowledge of Jacksonville's business landscape
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
